Meet Lily. The Cooper of CooperDouglas.
A blend of precision and intuition. She brings a discerning eye for talent and extensive industry expertise to every search she leads. Earning her degree magna cum laude in Accounting, she launched her career in public accounting, but quickly realized she was more passionate about people than spreadsheets. Within her first year in recruiting, Lily became a top producer at a national firm, outpacing veteran recruiters and building a reputation for lasting results and relationships.
Her edge? An unrivaled network of passive candidates and a knack for cultural fit that goes far deeper than resumes. As a cofounder, she applies an innovative and energetic approach to every search. She has helped build high-performing teams at publicly traded Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. In an industry that has broadly become transactional, Lily stands as a confidant who builds genuine partnerships that last far beyond the hire.
When she’s not connecting people, Lily is learning the art (and patience) of golf, proving her drive extends well beyond the office, even if her driver sometimes tends to slice.

Meet Rolla. The Douglas of CooperDouglas.
Rolla is an institution within the Accounting & Finance recruiting industry. Her clients often joke that she is simply known throughout the financial community as “Rolla”, no last name needed.
Over the past 17 years, she has won several prominent industry awards, started up new offices, and built several high-performing teams. If a company offers a Presidents’ Club trip, she has likely attended.
However, at her core, she still adheres to the same mantra now as she did starting out: Relationships ARE the business. Many of the staff accountants she placed early in her career are the same candidates she places into CFO roles today.
Rolla has also built partnerships with many of California’s most prestigious companies and has become a trusted advisor to oversee their corporate growth initiatives. Executives have stated they see her as an extension of their leadership team, not an external resource.
